Running Schedule Template

Below, I have attached a sample running spreadsheet to help you keep track of your mileage. Simply adjust the dates as needed, and enter the miles per day below.

On the right, I set up a "Total Miles" counter, as well as a "Long Run" counter, which takes the maximum single day's mileage from the week. The current day will always be highlighted in yellow.
